- ALL returns require prior approval. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process.
- If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- In circumstances where the product is damaged during shipment, you should immediately contact us with details of the damage including photos.
- In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect.
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
If you are eligible for a replacement, we will send you a replacement product. If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Local Pick Up:
In store pick up is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Once your order has been processed and is ready for pick up an email will be sent to you to let you know.
Orders placed by 5 p.m. will be processed and shipped the following business day using Canada Post*.
Once we have processed and labelled your order an email will be sent with the tracking information.
At this time we do not offer priority, express or next day shipping options. Nor do we offer international shipping. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
*All equipment purchases are subject to full freight charge and can not be shipped via Canada Post. Before order is processed and shipped we will contact the customer to discuss shipping options.
